4. User Accounts
To access certain features of our website - including scheduling, electronic materials, intake forms, and billing management - you may be required to create an account.

5. Booking & Scheduling
Service bookings are subject to availability.
Discovery Calls may be booked directly through our website at no charge. For all other services, reviewing and signing the applicable service agreement is a required step in the booking process. You will not be able to complete enrollment in a coaching service until a service agreement has been accepted.
Specific terms regarding session scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation are governed by the service agreement applicable to your enrollment. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement governs with respect to the coaching relationship.
6. Payment Terms
Dancing With Rain, LLC utilizes Wix Payments, a secure third-party payment platform for all payment transactions for this website. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge applicable fees to your selected payment method.

As a general policy, Discovery Calls are free and may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice.
